What’s Included in Regular Cleaning
Here are examples of the tasks that can be included in a regular home clean. The exact checklist can be agreed with you before the visit.

Wipe accessible worktops and surfaces, clean the sink and taps, wipe cupboard fronts where needed, and clean the outside of appliances.

Bathrooms
Clean and sanitise the toilet, bath, shower and sink; wipe taps, mirrors and accessible surfaces.

Living Areas & Bedrooms
Dust accessible surfaces, wipe mirrors and tidy visible surfaces where agreed.

Floors & Finishing Touches
Vacuum carpets and rugs, mop suitable hard floors, and empty household bins where requested.
Please note: regular cleaning does not automatically include inside ovens, inside fridges, interior windows, carpet or upholstery cleaning, or other intensive tasks. These can be discussed separately and may require an additional quote.

How do I book a cleaning?
Use the Book Online or Send Enquiry button on our homepage and tell us about the service you need. We’ll contact you to discuss the details and confirm availability. Your booking is confirmed only after we agree the arrangements with you.
Are the prices fixed?
Our regular weekly and fortnightly cleaning prices are starting rates. The final quote may depend on your property and requirements. Deep Cleaning and End of Tenancy Cleaning are quoted individually.
Can I request a particular day or time?
Yes. You can include your preferred date and time in your enquiry. We’ll let you know what availability we can offer.
What is included in regular cleaning?
Regular cleaning can include the kitchen, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms and floors. Please see our What’s Included in Regular Cleaning section for examples. Any additional or intensive tasks should be agreed separately.
Do you provide cleaning products and equipment?
Please mention your preference when enquiring so we can confirm the arrangements for your booking.
